(11/07) ICRI national recognized another Lindman project in their National Awards program. The multi-phased Frenchman’s Reef Marriott Hotel Restoration Project recognized in the Special Projects category at the Fall 2007 ICRI convention in Las Vegas. This multi-year $4m project consisted of several 3 month windows spread over 3 years to work around a fully operating luxury hotel resort complex to undertake a multi-discipline repair and restoration program. The work included full balcony replacement, installation and activation of a Cathodic Protection system, removal/replacement of windows and sliding glass doors, structural repairs and strengthening to areas of frame construction, and related waterproofing and finishes. Many thanks to the committed Lindman management team that spent much time away from family and friends to make this project happen, on time and to the owner's complete satisfaction.

- (10/07) The Lindman Companies again was recognized in Engineering News Record’sTop 600 Specialty Contractors list in their October 2007 issue. This is the 6th straight year Lindman has made the prestigious list.Lindman is currently ranked 11th nationally in overall masonry construction, and 2nd in masonry restoration of all companies listed.
- (9/07) The Lindman Companies have joined Arizona State University’s Performance Based Procurement Program headed by Dr. Dean T. Kashiwagi. Dr. Kashiwagi has developed a program for owners to better understand how to evaluate other components of the purchasing process beyond low price. Many private owners currently use an informal process similar to this, Dr. Kashiwagi’s plan is thoroughly developed program and available to public and private owners alike. Lindman has participated in "best value" procurement requests with several governmental agencies with complete success. Dr. Kashiwagi can be reached at for additional information.
- (8/07) C.A. Lindman is pleased to announce that Don Ford has joined the firm as Vice President-Business Development. He has been involved in the restoration industry nationally for more than 20 years, and currently serves on the ICRI national Board of Directors and is active in several other industry organizations including SWRI and ACI. Don is currently traveling each week to meet with clients in different regions bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to assist in developing restoration programs for forward thinking owners and engineers

(1/07) The Lindman Companies (CAL) is pleased to announce it has an agreement to acquire Raleigh based Carolina Restoration and Waterproofing, Inc (CRW). C.A. Lindman Companies will now include C.A. Lindman, Inc. Valente/ C.A. Lindman, LLC and Carolina Restoration and Waterproofing, Inc.
"CRW is an excellent contractor with a solid reputation in an area that Lindman has no current presence. By adding CRW, we have strengthened our services to our regional and national clients adding a local group of dedicated employees with a proven track record. We have worked with CRW on numerous projects over the last 3 years and are pleased to have this opportunity. Mr. Thaxton (current owner) and I have become good friends during our 10 years of serving on the ICRI Board of Directors together. I am especially pleased Mr. Thaxton will remain on board as President of CRW to work with me as we move forward. We look forward to supplementing CRW's manpower, equipment, bonding, etc. in the Carolinas to allow CRW to take on larger and more demanding projects with Lindman’s additional resources and support."

- (11/06) ICRI recognized two of Lindman's 2005/6 projects in the National ICRI Awards Program.
- Longevity Category- Award of Excellence for The Hallmark Condominium Balcony Rehabilitation Project performed in the early 1990s in Arlington, Virginia
- Historic Category- Award of Merit for the Pennsylvania State Capitol Front Entrance Stair Renovation Project
Winning one national award is a great accomplishment; Lindman has been awarded multiple project recognition for the second time in three years!
- (8/06) Special Projects is on the move. The group is now working with clients in North Carolina and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and St Thomas, in addition to the areas our offices normally serve.
- (7/06) Concrete Construction magazine recognized The Lindman Companies in their 2006 Top 100 Concrete Contractors in the July issue. Ranked 64 th overall, Lindman was ranked 2 nd in Repair and Restoration of concrete of all companies listed.
- (7/06) Masonry Construction magazine recognized on of C.A. Lindman’s projects in the magazines annual awards July/August edition. Our restoration work and craftsmanship on the Wheat Row townhomes (circa 1794) was recognized in the Historic Restoration category.
- (6/06) Lindman creates Special Projects Group- We have chased the "special" work that others won't, and/or where owners requested the "Lindman Difference" for several years. Charging Brian Daley and Jim Seldomridge with the task of developing this service for our clients, Lindman has committed the resources and support of our organization to deliver quality services throughout the US and Caribbean. With projects from Connecticut down to Florida, St Thomas and New Orleans, the Special Projects Group is ready to meet your needs, wherever we need to go to do it.
- (4/06) The Lindman Companies received a special written acknowledgement of achievement for our 10 Year Safety Record with IWIF, Lindman's Worker’s Comp provider. Excerpts from the letter include…"We regard Lindman as a true benchmark account…Your customers, peers, vendors, and employees can be assured that your company aggressively promotes and maintains a strong safety culture…C.A. Lindman has earned one of the largest dividends ever awarded to an IWIF insured." It is nice that others notice our total commitment to safety, but we are committed to safety to care for our “family” of valued employees, not for marketing. - (3/05) C.A. Lindman, founded in March of 1990, celebrates it 15 year anniversary. Robert G. Pusheck, and Jeffrey Procter assumed control in 1993.
- (1/05) Rob Pusheck, President of C.A. Lindman, Inc has been elected President of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). Rob has been involved in ICRI, (the organization focusing exclusively on improving the concrete repair industry) since 1990. ICRI has developed numerous guidelines for concrete repair, which are now recognized as the industry standard.

- (12/04) Dominion Plaza in Washington DC was named the C. A. Lindman, Inc Project Of The Year. John Young, Superintendent and Scott Carter, Project Manager received their awards from Jeff Procter at the Washington office's Christmas Luncheon. Both Scott and John are repeat performers!
- (11/04) In another first for The Lindman Companies, the Southern Region office successfully completed a $2.3M balcony repair project in 90 days on the Island of St. Thomas. Marriott Sea Cliffs resort closed the wing down in early August and re-opened for guests by mid-November, including new interior finishes. Lindman worked with the local Economic Development Council (EDC) to assure that local businesses were included on this project. Tom Ray and Jim Seldomridge(on loan) lead our effort on this project.
- (11/04) The Lindman Companies where recognized with multiple award winning projects when the International Concrete Repair Institute announced winners of ICRI 2003 national project awards at the ICRI fall convention in San Francisco:

• Award of Merit - Promenade Plaza Repair and Strengthening, Strengthening Division, Jessup, Md
- (10/04) Hank Cronin has joined The Lindman Companies in the Balt/Wash office. Hank is a nationally recognized expert in all facets of Post Tension work, from design through construction, and the subsequent maintenance and repair. He will also assume responsibility for the continued development of our Carbon Fiber strengthening and Blastproofing work. Hank is a PE who will work with consultants to design the appropriate design while understanding the cost impact of different design options.
